Pioneer School Activities

School Activities

The Pioneer School activities includes but not limited to the following:

International Trips

To benchmark and learn from others, we expose our students to both local and international trips to destinations such as Tanzania, Uganda, Egypt, South Africa, Israel, South Korea and China.

Co-curricular School Activities

We are the Murang’a County champions in Basketball, extra county (Mt. Kenya Region) champions in Rugby and our swimming team has competed at national level for several years.

We also train students in football, tae-kwon-do, field events and indoor games.

Scholarship Programme

To reward hard work and take care of the less fortunate in our society, we give generous scholarship and fees subsidies to bright and needy students at all levels.

Our best students at KCSE also benefit from the Equity Bank scholarships and internship programmes before joining the university.

Interviews are conducted at school every Wednesday and Saturday during the holidays. No booking is required and the interview is absolutely free.

Form 1 interviews are conducted everyday at both Pioneer School and Pioneer Girls School immediately after the release of the KCPE examination results.

Interviews can also be conducted at our Nairobi office (Pioneer International University – Murang’a road, Ngara, opposite KICD) or at Mombasa. Prior booking is required if the interview will not be con-
ducted at school.
