Since I joined Pioneer School in 2016, I have taken part in the schools swimming competitions where I have made it to the nationals and emerged position three twice and became first runner’s up in 2018. In 2017, when I was in form 2, I got an invitation to an international competition that was being held in U.A.E. I got a chance to attend the competition, where I took part in lower senior competitions where I emerged position 4. This has been my stepping stone to my road to world swimming championship. This was all possible because of the love and support I got from my family especially my mother who has been with me in every step of the journey. I also have someone who is my mentor and I look up to him and that is Michael Phelps.” Travis says.

For sure Travis Mwiti has displayed an outstanding talent since tender age.
